End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Pizza Digital Limited (Company Registration No: 11562301, 60 Tottenham Court Road, Suite 4843A, London, England, W1T 2EW) ("Licensor", "we", "our", "us") regarding your use of the Moonkid Bedtime Stories mobile application, including any updates, content, or services provided through it (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You may not:

  • copy, distribute, or make the App available on a network for use by multiple devices
  • rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or transfer the App
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App (except where permitted by law)
  • modify or create derivative works of the App

All rights not expressly granted remain with us.

2. Freemium and Paid Features (Subscriptions & Billing)

The App is free to download with limited functionality ("Free Features"). Additional content and features ("Premium Features") are available via in-app purchases or subscriptions.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Billing & Management: Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store / Google Play). You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings for that platform.
  • Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Trials: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period (if applicable) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in the App and may change from time to time. Where required by law or platform policy, we will notify you of price changes and give you an opportunity to cancel before they take effect.

3. Data and Privacy

We may collect technical data about your device and use of the App to improve functionality, provide updates, and support the App. Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy. We may use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics and service improvements.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may provide access to third-party content, websites, or services ("External Services"). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of External Services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

5. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or us. You may terminate it by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Bedtime stories, relaxation audio, and related content are for general wellbeing only and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business) arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If you are a resident of the UK or EU, this Agreement and your use of the App are governed by the laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your usual place of residence. If you reside elsewhere, this Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

MoonKid is a mobile application that provides calming bedtime stories, soothing narrations, and content designed to support children in building a consistent and healthy sleep routine. By accessing https://go.moonkid.app/ and using the services of the application, you agree to the following terms and conditions of use.

The MoonKid application provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, membership terms, privacy policy and/or any other rules, policies, or agreements published on this site. It is your responsibility to regularly review these application terms, general conditions of use, membership terms, privacy policy and/or any other rules or agreements published within the application. Continued use of the application and any services provided after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Service Information:

  • MoonKid is a mobile internet application offered as a monthly subscription service on smartphones.
  • The MoonKid service fee is 279 TL per month (taxes included).
  • The service will continue unless the user submits a cancellation request.

Service Activation: When accessing via mobile internet, after clicking on the promotional banner, the user who reaches the subscription page completes the membership process by clicking the "I Agree" button on the package purchase page containing the service details and entering the verification code received into the designated field on the screen.

Service Process: During the service period, the user will receive a reminder SMS after being charged. To check the service status, it is sufficient for the user to log into the application.

Service Cancellation: Service cancellation can be completed through the "Profile" section within the application, by sending an SMS with the text "CANCEL MOONKID" to 3480, or by calling the customer service number. Even if the service is cancelled, the user may continue to benefit from the service until the end of the billing period for which the fee has been charged. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made before the end of the service period.
